The Programs Department leads the implementation of the Foundation’s initiatives, ensuring their quality, relevance, and sustainability across different regions. Its work includes the coordination and technical oversight of programs, the monitoring of results, and the efficient management of resources.
In addition, it promotes continuous improvement by drawing on evidence and lessons learned during implementation, thereby helping to strengthen educational communities and develop innovative solutions for early childhood education.
Lead the strategic planning of programs, ensuring they align with the institutional vision, theories of change, and the potential for sustainable impact, replicability, and scalability.
Ensure the smooth delivery and technical and pedagogical quality of the programs by coordinating, supervising, and ensuring compliance with high standards.
Manage robust tracking and monitoring systems that enable the continuous measurement of progress, results, and gaps in implementation, fostering a management culture based on evidence and continuous improvement.
Strategically communicate our experience in program implementation, positioning the Foundation as a leader in technical quality, rigorous implementation, and innovation, with the aim of actively influencing public policy on a large scale.
